Feel Good Finals In-Person

Finals can be a stressful time. Your friends at the William H. Hannon Library and LMU FitWell Center want to make it as manageable as possible. So in addition to providing you with spaces to study and spaces to work-out your anxieties, we are partnering to offer a number of stress-relieving activities during Spring Finals, between April 25 through May 4. Yin Yoga
Friday, April 28 (5:15-6:15 p.m.) and Sunday, April 30 (4:30-5:30 p.m.)

De-stress, relax and feel rejuvinated with this restorative yoga class! Poses are typically held for longer with the support of various props. Visit lmu.edu/fitwell for a complete schedule of finals week group fitness classes.

Table Massages
Monday, May 1 – Wednesday, May 3 (5 p.m. – 8 p.m.)

$10 for a 20 minute massage with a certified masseuse (students only). Visit or call the FitWell Center at (310) 338- 3049 to book your appointment by April 28.
